Founded in the Fall of 2013, Chant Claire is a Milwaukee choir dedicated to bringing challenging, high-quality choral music to singers and audiences in southeast Wisconsin. Our mission is to create authentic music while fostering an authentic community.
Thank you to all of you who attended our concert at St. Marcus this December. It was perhaps our most challenging season yet, but also one of our most rewarding. Special thanks to the folks at St. Marcus for their hospitality, we hope to be back there to sing again soon!
The Four Loves
Coming this spring… The Four Loves, a concert based on the four Greek words for “love,” as explored by C.S. Lewis in his book of the same name. The musical selections will therefore focus on different types of love and the way we as humans love.
Mark your calendar for our big spring concert, May 5th at 7 PM at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 1747 N. 54th St. in Milwaukee.
At many of our concerts, we like to do men’s and women’s pieces. Here are the Chant Claire men singing Timothy Takach’s “Keep Your Lamps” at our Fall 2016 concert.
